About me:

Grew up in Washington State, now planted roots in Arizona. I am a proud United States Army veteran and father of two young men.

The biggest reason I am starting this Blog or VLOG or what ever it is called is to share my story and if it can help someone else all the better. I am an obese mid-forties man with Type-II Diabetes. I have been struggling with my weight for about 20yrs now. Back in Aug 2020 I had a very big eye opener from my doctor that has motivated me to make some changes in my life. I hope some of the changes I have made will help others to.
